Key Worker Support

At The Whole Child Connection, our Key Worker provides personalised guidance and care for children in the early years — from infancy through to around 9 years of age.
They act as a central point of support, helping young children and their families navigate early learning, therapy, and daily routines while keeping everyone informed and involved every step of the way.

What Is a Key Worker?

A Key Worker is a dedicated professional who coordinates care and supports a child’s individual early intervention plan. They work closely with families, therapists, educators, and external providers to ensure a consistent and connected approach, helping each child feel supported, understood, and encouraged.

The Key Worker builds strong relationships, monitors early developmental progress, and advocates for the child’s needs in every environment from home to therapy to learning settings.
