Lori Inumerable
Director/Child Development Practitioner, Early Years, The Whole Child Connection Pty Ltd
Lori is a dedicated professional in the field of Early Childhood Education as a VIT-registered Early Childhood Teacher. Known for her holistic approach, commitment to family-centred practice, and strong belief in child-led learning, Lori brings profound knowledge and understanding gained from over a decade of experience in child education and development. She has extensive expertise in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), AuDHD, Global Developmental Delay (GDD), language disorders, sensory processing differences and other developmental delays, tailoring her sensory-based approach to each child’s unique needs. Lori holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with commendations from La Trobe University, earning membership in the prestigious Golden Key International Honours Society.
With over 15 years of experience in the early childhood industry, Lori has worked extensively with children with diverse learning needs, optimising their development and specialising in Inclusive Education and Child Development. Lori is a certified Key Worker from Noah’s Ark Inc. and a certified DIRFloortime® Proficient Practitioner, specialising in play-based, child-centred therapy that focuses on building relationships and empowering children to help them increase their Functional Emotional Developmental Capacities (FEDCs). She also completed training in The Zones of Regulation and clinical training of the Social Thinking Methodology in the U.S., equipping her to assess and develop personalised treatment plans for children with Social and Emotional Learning goals. Outside of work, Lori enjoys travelling, dining, and spending quality time with her family.

Jacelle Cablao
Child Development Practitioner - Primary Years
Jacelle is a dedicated VIT-registered teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Australian Catholic University, and over seven years of teaching experience. Specialising in Primary Years education, she is known for her passion for fostering holistic development in young learners. Jacelle has extensive experience supporting students with a range of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), language disorders, and other developmental and learning challenges. Her therapy role involves being a mentor, providing targeted support to children facing challenges in executive functioning, social and emotional learning, and learning disabilities.
Her expertise lies in designing and implementing comprehensive curriculum frameworks tailored to diverse learning styles and abilities. She believes in differentiated instruction, ensuring every student receives personalised support to reach their full potential in all their learning domains. Whether implementing hands-on therapy activities, or collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, Jacelle is committed to helping children thrive. Her warm, collaborative approach ensures that every child feels valued, supported, and equipped to reach their full potential in all domains of learning. Outside work, Jacelle enjoys travelling, dining, and spending quality time with her family and their fur baby.
Criselda Apostol
Speech Pathologist
Criselda is a highly skilled Speech Pathologist with six years of experience specialising in paediatric speech and language therapy. She has worked extensively with children with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), language disorders, and other developmental delays. Criselda is experienced in tailoring evidence-based supports to meet the unique needs of each child, fostering their communication skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
She holds a Master degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Sydney and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology. Criselda is a certified member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA), and her extensive training and academic achievements are complemented by her hands-on experience in clinical, community, and telehealth settings, where she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering growth and development in children of all abilities. Aligned with The Whole Child Connection’s philosophy, Criselda emphasises a holistic, child-centred approach that values collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams. She is dedicated to empowering children to reach their full potential and ensuring families feel supported throughout their therapy journey. When Criselda is not working, she likes to watch movies, read books, and going on walks with her family.
