Our fees align with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, covering Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living and Early Childhood Support for participants under 9, and Assessment, Recommendation, Therapy, or Training for participants over 9. These services enhance functional independence and social participation across home, community, and educational settings. Delivered by qualified Early Childhood Professionals with relevant degrees and registrations, The Whole Child Connection ensures optimal use of NDIS funding for both Self-Managed and Plan-Managed clients, as we wait for our NDIS Registered Provider Number.
Initial Parent Consultation: 1.5 hours minimum
$290.99 (1.5 hours minimum) – Includes reviewing prior reports, pre-organising goals, and initial Routines-Based Interview and drafting an Eco Map meeting for information collection and goal setting, either at participant’s home or online.

Therapy Session
$193.99/hour (AHA – $86.79/hour) – Involves individual therapy, coaching, and mentoring, with 45 minutes of direct support and 15 minutes indirect support for documentation and follow-up, conducted in various settings including home, social and community settings, educational settings, plus Provider Travel costs for mobile therapy.
Non-Face-to-Face Labour Costs
$193.99/hour (AHA – $86.79/hour) – Non-Face-to-Face labour costs include session preparation and planning, report writing, consultation with participant’s supports and professionals, communication with families, resource development, travel and scheduling coordination and data and goal analysis.

Non-Face-to-Face Labour Provider Travel Cost
$193.99/hour – Will be charged at a maximum of 30-minutes at 50% of the hourly rate of the equivalent hourly rate; a maximum rate of $48.50 per session.
Non-Labour Provider Travel Cost
$1.00/kilometre for fuel costs, vehicle wear and tear (maintenance, depreciation), insurance related to work use, registration and other running costs proportional to kilometres travelled.
